"The ride was not on time. I was notified minutes before the agreed pick up time that the initial driver had cancelled and that the service was looking for another. The second driver may have been on time (cant really say as I can’t know at what time he was assigned) but the pick up was delayed by 15 -20 minutes. Otherwise the service was as advertised. I did not realize this was an uber ride from the order process. "
